Festivals
Gati Productions hosts two camping festivals a year- one in the spring; Boone in Blossom and one in the fall; Harvest Boone.
These events have been happening for 7 years and have evolved from a small vision Jeremiah Brown had during a Yoga Teacher Training project in 2010.
The festival events are partnered with the local Hunger & Health Coalition serving Watauga, Avery & Ashe counties.
Participants can enter into the festivals and bring nonperishable food items with them to donate.
Over the past 6 years the events have raised over 13 TONS of food for the Hunger & Health Coalition!
Community service projects are offered for participants to complete in exchange for ticket admission.
Over 400+ hours of community service has been logged during activities such as, cleaning local waterfall destinations, working in group homes, helping with community garden projects and more.
The festivals also offer a wide variety of workshops that participants to the festivals can partake in.
Various community members offer their knowledge for people to explore new interest and gain unique knowledge.
These events are truly a platform to show the diverse community we are all blessed to be a part of here in Boone and they are on the cutting edge of combining conscious practices with musical celebration.
We welcome families, friends, students and those who are new to the community to come join this like minded movement!
