Conscious Retreats & Workshops

We offer a wide variety of services including retreats, workshops, and yoga classes.  
Jeremiah, a 500hr. RYT offers a weekly class at Neighborhood Yoga in Boone and travels to other studios offering crystal singing bowl workshops and yoga classes. As a part of Vira Bhava Yoga, he enjoys hosting retreats and assisting teacher trainings.
